Objective: 2 x (1 x 1600 at threshold / 1 x 800 at interval)
Recovery: 1:00 between 1600 and 800, 2:30 between sets
Results: 6:55 / 3:02 / 6:35 / 3:06
Overview: I was feeling a bit lethargic during the first 1600, so the faster 800 helped wake me up and I was glad that I was able to do a faster second 1600. Good overall. I still haven't made any friends in my new track group, so I'm going to work on that next week...
Keep it up. The numbers look good. We are on Baker Street on Wednesday's if you need to work out with friends.
