April 3 - 9

Sun - 12 miles
Mon - 0 miles, ate thai food and watched bad TV
Tue - 7 miles with track workout
Wed - 4 miles with core
Thur - 6.5 miles
Fri - 6 miles with core
Sat - 4.5 miles - for some reason my saturday morning run is the hardest one to get out for, but the one that I'm the happiest to have done once I've done it.
Total: 40

Good week. My legs are tired all the time but I think that's kind of the point. La vie est belle.
