Tue - 6 miles with speed workout
Wed - yoga
Thur - 6 miles, Charlestown loop
Fri - 5 miles river loop with rats
Sat - 6 miles, Charlestown loop
This was a slight increase in mileage for me based on what I had been running, but overall it felt good to do some speed work. It felt great to get out with the rats on the river, too.
